These powerful User Provisioning systems automatically populate multiple systems within an organisation, so the user does not have to register their identity on each system. PortWise can receive user information and access rights from these user provisioning systems, so once a user is created in the system, they are automatically given very specific application and data access rights.

The flow is very simple. A user gets added to or deleted from the system, then using workflow rules, the LDAP directory is updated. PortWise can then use the user details from the LDAP directory and grant permission rights based on who the user is, where the user is accessing from, what status the user has, and much more.
