Migrating with Office Live Meeting

The process of upgrading to a new release is designed to be seamless for Office Live Meeting customers. Upgrades are typically scheduled during the standard Office Live Meeting maintenance windows; and all user accounts, content, recordings, and default settings will transition to the new version automatically.

Customers will be notified in advance of their scheduled upgrade date. A series of e-mail communications will be sent to all administrators for each conference center.
