I already have a Volume Licence Agreement with Microsoft. Can I buy Online Services here?

You are considered a new customer to the Microsoft Online Subscription Programme and all purchases that you make through the programme are licensed through the Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement, which you sign online to complete your purchase.

If you are an Enterprise Agreement (EA) customer, you are advised to purchase the Business Productivity Online Standard Suite through your existing Volume Licence agreement. Please contact your Microsoft reseller for more information.

Do I pay more to use a Partner?

No. There is no change in pricing to name a partner with your order. You can benefit from working with a qualified Microsoft Online Services Channel Partner to review your online services requirements and help configure a solution that meets your specific business needs.

How often do I pay?

Subscriptions to online services sold here are paid monthly. You can use a credit card for payment. Subscriptions of more than £340 per month can alternatively be invoiced.

How long is the subscription term?
